About Purple Triangle
Tired of Agencies Where the Builder Never Talks to You?
Purple Triangle Website Systems is a web design and development agency in Raleigh, North Carolina, led by founder and lead developer Christian Egwuibe. We believe a website should run part of your business, and the person who scopes it should build it.
Who is Purple Triangle? Purple Triangle Website Systems is a web design and development agency in Raleigh, North Carolina. We build and look after websites, hosting, domains, and business email, and help businesses show up on Google and in AI tools like ChatGPT. We started in Nigeria in 2001 and now serve clients across the United States and Nigeria. Our legal name is Purple Triangle LLC, formerly Purple Triangle Communications and Web Services LLC.
Our history
Our History
Purple Triangle started in Nigeria in February 2001 as Purple Triangle Communications. We built websites and offered web hosting under the name NigeriaWebHost.Net.
We also built and sold computers to businesses and maintained them on a retainer, ran computer networks for businesses and cybercafes, and installed satellite dishes for internet and TV, including free-to-air dishes. Alongside the technology, we provided business growth support and helped client businesses achieve growth of over 300 percent.
In 2008 we networked the new Lagos office of a United Kingdom company, with internet and voice.
In 2018 we registered in North Carolina, United States, as Purple Triangle Communications and Web Services LLC. Today the company is Purple Triangle LLC, trading as Purple Triangle Website Systems: websites, and the systems behind them, including booking engines, client portals, stores, and our own WordPress plugins.

Leadership
Christian Egwuibe, Founder and Lead Developer
Christian Egwuibe founded Purple Triangle and leads every project from scoping to launch. He builds custom WordPress plugins commercially and for clients, including SiteStrategy Pro, a strategy report generator for web agencies, and Site Prompt Builder, a tool that turns a website blueprint into prompts for AI site builders. He also built the Purpletriangle Accessibility Suite, the accessibility toolbar used on this site.
Christian spent two decades in banking and more than ten years in healthcare in North Carolina before building websites full time, and has worked in IT since 2001. That background shapes how Purple Triangle works: clear written records, careful handling of client information, and systems that save people time.

FAQ
Questions About Purple Triangle
Who will build my website?
Christian Egwuibe, founder and lead developer of Purple Triangle, scopes and builds your project. You talk to the same person from the first message to launch, so nothing is lost between a salesperson, a project manager, and a developer. When a project needs extra hands, such as photography or translation, we bring in trusted specialists and stay responsible for the result.
How long does a website take to build?
A Starter Site usually takes 3 to 4 weeks, a Business Site 6 to 8 weeks, and a Systems Build 8 to 14 weeks. Your written scope sets the timeline and review points, and staying on schedule depends on receiving content and feedback at each stage.
Do you work with businesses outside North Carolina?
Yes. Purple Triangle is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and serves clients across the United States and Nigeria. Projects run by email, WhatsApp, and shared review links, so we can build and support your site wherever your business is located.
Why did the company change its name?
Purple Triangle Communications and Web Services LLC is now Purple Triangle LLC. The brand Purple Triangle Website Systems better describes the work we do today: websites, plus the booking, payments, portals, stores, and custom tools behind them.
