Our Services

Information on this site, including starting prices, describes our services in general. Prices shown are starting prices. The scope, price, timeline, payment terms, and ownership terms for any project are set out in a written scope and agreement that you approve before work starts. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement applies.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Project deposits. Website builds and fixed-price add-ons start with a 50 percent deposit. If you cancel before work starts, we refund the deposit in full. Once work starts, the deposit covers the work done and is not refundable. If you stop a project partway, you are not billed for phases that have not started, and you receive the work completed so far.

Monthly plans. Care plans and search plans are billed monthly by card, with no long-term contract. You can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice by email. Billing stops at the end of the notice period. We do not refund partial months. When you leave, we give you a full backup of your site and its files.

If we fall short. If we do not deliver what your plan or written scope includes, tell us. We will fix it, or credit or refund the affected month or phase.

Software products. Refunds for our software products, such as Site Prompt Builder, follow the policy on that product’s website.

Sales tax. Prices do not include sales tax. If sales tax applies to your purchase, it is added and shown on your invoice before you pay.

Intellectual Property

The text, design, logo, and graphics on this site belong to Purple Triangle LLC or are used with permission. Client names and project descriptions appear with permission. You may not copy or reuse site content without written permission.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse forms, for example by sending spam or harmful code
• Do not try to access parts of the site that are not public
• Do not use the site in any way that breaks the law

Links to Other Sites

This site links to client websites and other services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other sites.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This site is provided as is. We work to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee it is complete or error free. To the extent the law allows, Purple Triangle LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of this website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any dispute is heard in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
