Referral Questions
How much will I earn?
You earn 10 percent of the first project the business pays for, and 10 percent of any monthly care plan for 12 months.
When do I get paid?
Within 7 days after the business pays its first project in full. We confirm the amount to you in writing.
How long does my referral count?
For 90 days from when you send it. If the business signs within that time, the commission is yours.
What if the business already knows Purple Triangle?
If they were already a client or already talking to us before your referral, no commission is due. We will tell you honestly either way.
What if the business has a small budget?
Refer them anyway. We can set up a simple payment plan so they can start now and pay in parts. Your commission is paid once the first project is fully paid.
Do I have to sell or explain prices?
No. Just make the introduction. We answer every question, send the written scope, and handle everything else.
Will anyone call me or the business?
No. We work in writing, by email and WhatsApp, so everyone has a clear record of what was agreed.
How do I get paid?
We agree the payment method with you in writing when your referral signs.
